What you will be doing
We are looking for a highly qualified CTO with strong experience in IT and digital transformation. Reporting to the CEO you will act in close collaboration with our Project Manager to make decisions that impact the current and future operations of the company. The CTO will be involved in making executive decisions regarding the technology interests of the business.
Your duties will be:
-Be the technical reference for the company, particularly on the various technologies used, while ensuring the technological watch
-Audit and implement best practices in the context of the development policy
-Design the architecture and the technical stack of the various projects while ensuring continuous training
-Manage and mentor team members
-Advise on IT strategy and digital transformation of the company and its client
-Lead the various projects by providing technical and methodological recommendations in terms of costing, planning and day-to-day management
-Maintain a customer-centric perspective and assist in the rapid and effective delivery of projects in terms of cost and quality
-Intervention in pre-sales on the definition and writing of technical solutions, evaluation of loads, intervention with customers for the presentation of technical offers
-Ensure the necessary recruitments to reinforce the team
Profile required
-Computer engineer, Bac+5 technical or similar background
-You have a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar position
-Culture in infrastructure, unit and functional tests, agile Scrum methodology
-Real experience in the implementation of best practices in organization and process
-Ability to write technical documents and specifications
